Build and operate production-grade Generative AI and agentic AI systems, including multi-step tool-calling workflows with retries, timeouts, fallbacks and reliability controls. Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines covering ingestion, embeddings, retrieval and generation, create evaluation datasets and quality metrics, and own deployment, monitoring, cost and incident response. Work hands-on with Python and AWS services including Bedrock, S3, Lambda, OpenSearch, IAM and Secrets Manager.
